NEW CARS SHOWROOM

We have identified a suitable location (12,798 square feet) in at the junction between Jalan Munshi Abdullah and Jalan Bendahara, Malacca. MBSA has commissioned Arcadian Interior Architecture (M) Sdn Bhd for the designed of the showroom.

The facility will be dedicated MB showroom capable to display 4-5 cars. The layout should be in accordance to Daimler Chrysler's corporate identity. It is expected to be operational by June 2004. Estimated costs: MY 2.0 Millions.

We have been advised that strong emphasis on function rather than size of the building with good frontage and parking facilities for customers should be adopted. If possible, the facility or within its vicinity, should include a workshop with serving capacity for 4-6 work bays and parts storage.

AFTERSALES FACILITIES

The workshop facility is located along the light industrial area of Malim Jaya. Its floor area is 12,000 sq. ft. It has an excellent frontage and is adjacent to USF/Proton workshops. There will 10-12 productive work bays. This facility will be leased on 3+3 year basis with monthly rental MR 10,000.

Temporarily Showroom - Melaka Raya

To commence sales activities immediately on 1st March, we have identified a corner-shop lot at Melaka Raya commercial centre. The showroom area is 1,540 sq. ft capable of displaying 4 cars. This facility is being leased on a short-term basis with monthly rental MR 2,500.
