The company was recently in September 2003 for the purposes of retail and distribution of Mercedes Bens in Malacca. The company is fully Malaysia Bumiputra owned and is affiliated to Concorde Hotel Group and Hard Rock Cafe, Malaysia.

The Group's Malaysian Motor operations involving the import and distribution of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Hyundai sales and service dealership in Petaling Jaya and Johor Bahru since 2002.

Our Komoco Motors Singapore an affiliate has been the distributor of Hyundai and dealer for Chrysler since 1986 and 1996 respectively. Our Singapore operations was accorded top worldwide distributor for Hyundai in Y1988 and Y2000 and achieving 3rd position 2 years consecutively. It is also responsible for the importation and distribution of Harley Davidson in Singapore from 1994 and 1998 for Indonesia.

The Komoco Group has established motor vehicle distribution in Australia through a Joint Venture with Cycle & Carriage Singapore between 1989 through to 1998 for Hyundai, Chrysler and Audi.
